My name is Rob, but you can call me SHARK GUY.
A few years ago I hung up a 30-year career in healthcare, just before COVID hit, to chase a dream. As a young boy my grandparents wintered in Sarasota on Longboat Key, so I grew up visiting paradise as often as possible. During visits I would spend weeks in the surf fishing, catching sea trout, whiting, skates, shark, and snook. As I’ve grown up and raised a family we’ve continued building South Florida memories relocating from cold Chicago to Sarasota.
I’ve tried to capture the essence of Island life and memory-making for your family and friends by founding SHARK GUY OUTDOORS. I want your Island experience to be as awesome as mine by offering private and semi-private eco-tours, Marine Biology education, and exciting memories that will unquestionably last a lifetime.
